Paul is a born and raised Arkansan, growing up in Foreman, a small town in the southwest corner  of Arkansas. Paul attended Texarkana Community College and Cossatot Community College of  the University of Arkansas before finishing his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University  – Texarkana. Paul is a solo practitioner serving clients  in the greater NWA area. 

Paul is licensed to practice in all state courts of Arkansas, the Federal District Courts of the  Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts of the  Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. Paul is also a licensed Mediator for civil and probate  matters in the State of Arkansas
